日间化疗服务质量评价体系构建研究

目的构建系统、科学的日间化疗服务质量评价体系，为建立日间化疗评价标准和促进日间化疗质量持续改进提供参考。方法通过文献分析和专家访谈初步拟定评价体系框架，采用Delphi专家咨询法与层次分析法确定评价指标及其权重。结果构建了包含区域设置与设备、管理与规章制度、人力资源配置、质量与安全、服务效率共5个评价维度32个二级指标的评价体系，可作为日间化疗服务质量评价的参考工具。结论日间化疗服务质量评价体系体现了日间化疗特点，有助于规范日间病房管理，提高服务质量。在具体运用中需探索评价主体多元化、评价动态化等方向。

Construction of Quality Evaluation System of Ambulatory Chemotherapy Service

ObjectiveTo establish a systematic and scientific quality evaluation system for ambulatory chemotherapy service to provide reference for the establishment of evaluation criteria for ambulatory chemotherapy and the continuous improvement of quality.MethodsLiterature analysis and expert interview were used to establish the framework of evaluation system. The Delphi expert consultation method and analytic hierarchy process method were used to determine the evaluation indexes and their weights.ResultsThe evaluation system included five evaluation dimensions including regional setting and equipment, management and rules and regulations, human resource allocation, quality and safety, and service efficiency,and 32 secondary indexes. It can be used as a reference tool for the evaluation of service quality of ambulatory chemotherapy.Conclusion The service quality evaluation system of ambulatory chemotherapy reflected the characteristics of ambulatory chemotherapy, which was helpful to standardize the management of ambulatory ward and improve the service quality. In the concrete application, it should explore the direction of the diversification of the evaluation subject, the dynamic evaluation,etc.
