Design and Application of Quality Supervision Dashboard

The visual dashboard management concept of goal guidance, dashboard publicity, process monitoring and performance assessment was introduced. The quality supervision dashboard was used to conduct on-site supervision of quality indicators on a daily basis, which improved staff's quality management consciousness and execution ability. It was considered that the quality supervision dashboard is an effective quality control method, which accords with the concept of lean daily management and is helpful to improve the quality of nursing service.
