新冠肺炎疫情防控期间针灸门诊风险管理策略研究

目的利用失效模式与效应分析（FMEA）定量评估新冠肺炎疫情防控期间针灸门诊存在风险，针对性改进。方法对针灸门诊的预检挂号、门诊就诊、付费缴款、针灸治疗等4个主流程厘清风险点并进行风险评价，计算风险系数（RPN），确定改进措施优先级。结果对需要干预的17个潜在失效点分别制定并执行风险防范策略，执行后RPN值明显下降。结论针灸门诊应用FMEA方法可有效进行风险管理，确保疫情期间医疗可及性和患者安全。

Risk Management Strategy of Acupuncture Outpatient during COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Period

ObjectiveTo quantitatively assess the risk of acupuncture outpatient during COVID-19 by failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA),and make targeted improvements.MethodsRisk points were identified and assessed for the four main processes of pre-examination registration, outpatient treatment, payment and acupuncture treatment in the acupuncture outpatient, and risk priority number (RPN) was calculated to determine the priority of improvement measures.ResultsThe risk prevention strategies were formulated and implemented for 17 potential failure points requiring intervention, and the RPN value decreased significantly after the implementation.Conclusion FMEA method can effectively manage the risk in acupuncture outpatient, and ensure the medical accessibility and patient safety during the epidemic.
