患者安全文化建设实践研究

基于艾德希恩三层次文化理论，通过培养医务人员患者安全意识，促进患者安全行动，构建多元素患者安全文化，并以患者安全文化建设为基础，进一步拓展患者安全文化外延，向患者家属、家庭、基层医疗机构、社区、社会延伸，广泛传播患者安全文化。该项目降低了不良事件发生率，提升了医护人员职业认同感，形成了一系列患者安全文化成果转化。通过患者安全文化建设和传播，对推动全民健康覆盖率，建设健康中国具有重要意义。

Construction Practice of Patient Safety Culture

Based on the theory of Edshean's three-level culture, the hospital had built a multi-element patient safety culture system by cultivating the patient safety awareness of medical staff and promoting patient safety actions. Based on the construction of patient safety culture in hospital, the external edge of patient safety culture was further extended to relatives of patients, families, primary medical institutions, communities and society, and the patient safety culture was widely spread.This construction practice had reduced the incidence of adverse events, enhanced the professional identity of medical staff, and formed a series of patient safety culture achievements transformation. Through the construction and dissemination of patient safety culture, it was of great significance to promote universal health coverage and build a healthy China.
