围产医学中心建设标准制定与应用探析

在借鉴德国标准、经验的基础上，探索制定了我国《围产医学中心建设标准》。从建设思路、组织构架、制度建设、国际合作和学科平台5个方面总结了重庆市妇幼保健院标准制定以来围产医学中心建设实践经验，成效显著。《围产医学中心建设标准》可为国内已经及正在筹备建立围产医学中心的医疗机构提供借鉴。

Development and Application of Standards for the Construction of Perinatal Medical Centers

Based on the German standard and experience, the construction standard of perinatal medical center in China has been developed. This paper summarized the practical experience of perinatal medical center construction since the establishment of the standard of Chongqing Maternal and Child Health Hospital from five aspects: construction idea, organization structure, system construction, international cooperation and discipline platform. The practice had achieved remarkable results.The "standards for the construction of perinatal medical centers" can be used as a reference for the medical institutions that have established or are preparing to establish perinatal medical centers in China.
