“5E”康复护理模式在冠心病PCI术后患者中的应用

目的探讨“5E”康复护理模式在冠心病PCI术后患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取在济宁医学院附属医院心内科接受PCI治疗的患者为研究对象。将2018年11—12月收治的82例患者为对照组,2019年4—5月收治的86例患者为观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组患者采用“5E”康复护理模式。干预前后采用冠心病自我管理行为量表(CSMS)和中国心血管患者生活质量评定问卷(CQQC)评估两组患者的自我管理行为和生活质量。结果出院后3个月,观察组患者CSMS量表中疾病医学管理维度(45.77±6.39)分、日常生活管理维度(34.28±5.83)分,CQQC问卷(71.23±18.53)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为2.813、3.909、2.301;P<0.05)。结论在PCI术后患者中应用“5E”康复护理模式能够提高患者的自我管理行为和生活质量。

Effects of"5E"rehabilitation nursing model in coronary disease patients after PCI

Objective To explore the effects of"5E"rehabilitation nursing model in coronary disease patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods We selected PCI patients of the Fourth Department of Cardiology in Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University as subjects by convenience sampling.A total of 82 patients from November 2018 to December 2018 were in control group,and 86 patients were from April 2019 to May 2019 were in observation group.Control group carried out the routine nursing model,while observation group implemented the"5E"rehabilitation nursing model.Self-management behavior and quality of life of patients between two groups were assessed with the Coronary Heart Disease Self-management Behavior Scale(CSMS)and the China Questionnaire of Quality of Life in Patients with Cardiovascular Diseases(CQQC).Results Three months after discharge,the sub-scale scores of disease medical management,daily life management in CSMS and the score of CQQC of patients in observation group were(45.77±6.39),(34.28±5.83)and(71.23±18.53)respectively higher than those in control group with statistical differences(t=2.813,3.909,2.301;P<0.05).Conclusions The"5E"rehabilitation nursing model for patients after PCI can improve patients'self-management behavior and quality of life.
