基于医务人员满意度视角的医院托管效果评价

目的构建医院托管模式下医院员工满意度调查表，分析医院员工对医院托管运营效果的满意度，为管理和决策部门提供参考依据。方法采用自制问卷，利用方便抽样方法对3所被托管医院员工满意度进行调查。结果托管总体满意度A医院为（4.51±0.63）分、B医院为（4.39±0.76）分，满意度较高。C医院为（2.86±1.38）分，满意度较低。结论科学的员工满意度调查为医院重大决策提供有效抓手，医院管理者应当高度重视员工满意度并及时应对提升。

Evaluation of Hospital Trusteeship Effect Based on the Satisfaction of Medical Staff

ObjectiveTo construct the hospital staff satisfaction survey form under the hospital trusteeship mode, analyze the hospital staff's satisfaction with the hospital trusteeship operation effect, and provide a reference basis for management and decision-making departments.MethodsThe self-developed questionnaire and convenient sampling method were used to investigate the employee satisfaction of three trusteeship hospitals.ResultsThe overall satisfaction of trusteeship was (4.51±0.63) in Hospital A and (4.39±0.76) in Hospital B, indicating high satisfaction. Hospital C was (2.86±1.38) with low satisfaction.Conclusion Scientific staff satisfaction survey is an effective starting point for hospitals to make major decisions. Hospital managers should attach great importance to the staff satisfaction and respond to it in time.
