Meis1和Cyclin D3在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的 探讨粒细胞嗜酸性白血病整合位点1(Meis1)和细胞周期蛋白D3(Cyclin D3)在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化的方法检测12例正常子宫内膜及45例子宫内膜样腺癌患者组织中的Meis1和Cyclin D3的蛋白阳性表达情况,分析它们之间的相关性。结果与正常子宫内膜相比,Meis1在子宫内膜样腺癌腺细胞中阳性表达率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Cyclin D3在子宫内膜样腺癌组中的表达高于正常子宫内膜组(P<0.05)(77.8%>33.3%);高、中分化腺癌组CyclinD3的阳性表达率高于低分化组及正常子宫内膜组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Cyclin D3与Meis1的阳性表达率之间呈正相关(2=0.296,P<0.05);Meis1和Cyclin D3阳性表达的子宫内膜癌患者生存时间短(P<0.05)。结论在子宫内膜样腺癌中,Meis1的表达阳性率升高,与Cyclin D3的表达存在相关。

Abstract:Objective To study the expression of myeloid ecotropic leukemia integration site-1(Meis1) and cyclin D3 in the endometrial carcinoma. Methods Paraffin sections were obtained from 45 patients with endometrial adenocarcinoma and 12 controls with normal endometrium. All sections were immunohistochemically stained for cyclin D3 and Meis1. Results Compared with normal endometrium, the positive expression rate of Meis1 in endometrioid adenocarcinoma was significantly higher (P<0.05); the expression of cyclin D3 in endometrioid adenocarcinoma group was significantly higher than that in normal endometrium group (P<0.05). The positive expression rate of Cyclin D3 in the high and moderate differentiated adenocarcinoma group was significantly higher than that in the low differentiated and normal endometrial groups (P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between Cyclin D3 and the positive rate of Meis1 (2=0.296, P<0.05). ConclusionIn endometrioid adenocarcinoma, the positive rate of Meis1 expression is increased, which is correlated to the expression of Cyclin D3.
