儿科护理不良事件报告意向及影响因素分析

目的调查某妇女儿童专科医院儿科护理不良事件报告意向,探讨其影响因素。方法采用整群抽样法,匿名调查广州市某三甲医院315名儿科护士。采用SPSS 25.0软件进行统计分析。结果儿科护理不良事件报告意向总分中位数为17（16~18）分,报告意向较高。报告认知、报告态度、报告主观规范、报告意义、主管护师及以上职称等是不良事件报告意向的影响因素（P<0.05）。结论医院应对初级职称儿科护士加强患者安全培训,可通过明确不良事件报告意义,提高护士对报告流程认知水平,营造非惩罚性文化氛围,促进儿科护士积极报告态度,提高不良事件报告意向。

Reporting Intention and Influencing Factors Analysis of Nursing Adverse Events in Pediatric Department

ObjectiveTo investigate the intention to report of adverse events among pediatric nurses in children's specialty hospital and explore the influencing factors.MethodsThe cluster sampling method was used to anonymously investigate 315 clinical nurses in tertiary children's hospital in Guangzhou. Statistical analysis was performed by using the SPSS 25.0 software. ResultsThe median of intention to report of adverse events among pediatric nurses was 17 (16-18), and the intention to report was higher. Report cognition,report attitude,report subjective norms, report significance and the title of chief nurse and above were the main influencing factors of reporting intention (P<0.05).Conclusion The hospital should strengthen patient safety training for pediatric nurses with junior title. It can improve the awareness of the reporting process by clarifying the meaning of adverse events reporting, create a non-punitive cultural atmosphere, promote its enthusiasm for reporting attitudes, and increase the intention of adverse event reporting.
