| 摘 要： | 在全国多数采供血机构已基本实现信息化的条件下，如何利用信息化手段改进无偿献血服务质量值得探讨。扬州市建立了无偿献血社会化服务平台，实现了全方位的献血者服务，提高了无偿献血招募效率，促进了采供血事业持续、健康发展。

| Abstract: | Under the condition that most blood collection and supply institutions in China have basically realized informatization, it is worth discussing how to improve the service quality of voluntary blood donation by means of informatization. Yangzhou city has established a socialized service platform for voluntary blood donation, realizing a full range of blood donor services, improving the recruitment efficiency of voluntary blood donation, and promoting the sustained and healthy development of blood collection and supply. |
