学术期刊同行评议创新实践与启示

【目的】 梳理学术期刊同行评议最新创新实践进展,把握其未来发展方向和趋势特点,为国内学术期刊同行评议发展提供借鉴和参考。【方法】 通过文献调研、案例研究和逻辑分析法,探索科技期刊同行评议的最新创新举措、分析其变化趋势,提出发展的对策与建议。【结果】 对学术期刊同行评议送审方式、评议模式、监督防范、认证激励、技术平台5个方面的创新实践进行系统性总结,发现同行评议的发展呈现非线性、主动性、智能性、去中心化、标准多样化、过程透明化的特点。【结论】 建议国内期刊优化同行评议实施方式,优化同行评议防范监督和认证激励机制,建立同行评议支撑系统和平台,促进我国期刊出版行业同行评议快速健康发展。

Practices of innovation in peer review of academic journals and the enlightenment

Purposes] This paper summarizes the latest practices of innovation in journal peer review and describes the trend, which is expected to serve as a reference for the development of peer review in China. Methods] With the methods of case study, literature research, and logical analysis, we explored the latest practices of innovation in peer review of academic journals, analyzed the trends, and proposed suggestions. Findings] The practices of innovation in the initiator of the review, review mode, supervision of review, certification and incentives, and platforms were summarized. We found that the review tended to be non-linear, active, intelligent, decentralized, multi-standard, and transparent. Conclusions] It is recommended that domestic journals optimize the implementation of peer review, and the supervision, certification, and incentives measurements, and establish support systems and platforms to promote the development of peer review in the journal industry in China.
