摘    要:构建精益日常管理与改进体系,以持续质量改进看板、质量指标看板、质量监督看板及项目落实看板实施质量改进活动,在优化服务流程、节约与控制成本、提升员工与患者满意度等方面发挥了积极作用。认为看板管理是医院精益日常管理与改进的有效工具。

Abstract:The lean daily management and improvement system was established, quality improvement activities were implemented with continuous quality improvement dashboard, quality indicator dashboard, quality supervision dashboard and project implementation dashboard, which played a positive role in optimizing service process, saving and controlling costs, and improving employee and patient satisfaction. The dashboard management is an effective tool for hospital lean daily management and improvement.
