| 摘 要： | 人才培养规格是人才培养过程中具有先决性质的核心概念,是教育教学活动的依据、出发点和最终归宿。结合人才培养规格的内涵及组成要素、应用型本科人才培养规格的内涵及特点,分析目前应用型本科人才培养存在的主要问题,并从人才培养规格定位、课程体系建设、人才培养模式构建、师资队伍建设、考核评价体系建设等方面提出应用型本科人才培养规格的实现途径。

| Abstract: | Personnel training specification is a precondition in the process of talent training quality core concept,which is the basis and starting point of the education teaching activities and the final destination. Combining the connotation and elements of personnel training specification,connotation and characteristics of applied undergraduate talents cultivation specifications,the paper makes an analysis of the current main problems of applied undergraduate talents. And the specifications positioning of talent training,curriculum system construction,talent cultivation model building,construction of teachers team construction,evaluation system,etc are put forward to the realize the applied undergraduate talents cultivation specifications. |
