| 摘 要： | 为了满足药学创新型人才培养的需求，贵阳医学院通过整合药学教学资源、加强师资队伍建设、构建先进管理模式、建立健全保障机制等措施，按照GMP指标要求建立与药品生产接轨的药物制剂现代仿真实验室“现代药物制剂GMP实验教学中心”，结合实际开展实验教学改革创新，开发创新性实验教学项目，构建先进的实践教学体系，为学生搭建实践教学平台，有效地保证药学教育的质量。

| Abstract: | Shanghai university of Chinese Medicine is one of the first universities to carry out the innovative activities plan for college students. The laboratorial technicians played an irreplaceable role in taking part of this activity. This paper analyzed the characteristics and advantages of the activities that the laboratorial academic technicians participated in, found out the difficulties in this innovative activity and put forward some corresponding suggestions in this article. |
