阿司匹林肠溶滴丸的研制及其体外释药研究

目的：研制阿司匹林（AS）肠溶滴丸，并对其体外释药进行考察。方法：用正交试验优化AS滴丸的处方及制备工艺，并对其肠溶包衣。与市售AS肠溶片比较，对其体外释药进行考察。结果：优选出的AS滴丸质量优良，重复性好。与AS肠溶片相比，AS肠溶滴丸体外释药速度显著提高。结论：AS肠溶滴丸既可达到肠溶效果，又可增加AS在肠道内的释放速度，值得进一步研究。

Study on the Preparation and Drug Release in Vitro of Aspirin Enteric Dropping Pills

Objective： To prepare aspirin enteric dropping pills and study its drug release in vitro. Method： The formulation and preparation process of aspirin dropping pills was optimized using orthogonal experiment followed by enteric coating. Compared to the marketed aspirin enteric tablets, the drug release of aspirin enteric dropping pills in vitro was researched. Result： The aspirin dropping pills had promising quality and reproducibility. Compared to the marketed product, aspirin enteric dropping pills had quicker drug release in vitro. Conclusion： Aspirin enteric dropping pills have enteric effect and quick drug release property. It is valuable to be studied further.
