| 摘 要： | 目的:观察胆总管灌注温热盐水对犬胆管和肝肾功能的影响。方法:8条犬DSA下穿刺胆囊胆总管内置入导管,42℃~43℃温热盐水灌注。术前及术后查肝肾功能,结果用单因素方差分析。处死动物,HE染色观察胆管病理变化。结果:灌注热疗后1周内,肝肾功能指标无显著变化(P>0.05)。光镜观察灌注局部胆管病理:3天可见淋巴细胞浸润,1周可见淋巴细胞增生,2周可见粘膜下腺体增生。未见粘膜上皮损伤。结论:经胆总管42℃~43℃温热盐水灌注15min,1周内对肝、肾功能无明显影响;2周内光镜观察未见胆管粘膜上皮损伤性改变。
