创伤性脑损伤弥散加权及弥散张力成像研究

摘    要:磁共振弥散加权及弥散张力成像是基于水分子运动的成像技术,提供脑生理或病理状态的信息,为创伤性脑损伤,特别是弥漫性轴索损伤的早期诊断、指导临床治疗及预测预后提供一定信息,作为传统影像学的补充,弥散加权成像及弥散张力成像越来越成为TBI检查的可供选择的有价值的方法。

Abstract:Dffusion weighted imaging(DWI) and diffusion tensor imaging(DTI) were imaging technology that were dependent on the molecular motion of water.The methods could provide useful information of brain physcal and pathology status,such as traumatic brain injury(TBI) especially diffusion axonal injury(DAI).These were important for early diagnosis,clinical treatment,assessment of the long-term prognosis of TBI.As complement to of conventional MR techniques,DWI and DTI were quantitative,non-invasive imaging modality for studying the mechanism of occurrence concerning TBI and its secondly injury.
