| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胆乐化瘀片防治食饵性胆红素结石机理。方法:通过改变饮食成分诱发豚鼠胆结石,对造模成型者继续喂养加药物的饲料8周后,观察预防和治疗过程中肝脏的病理变化,从胆囊中收集胆石,吸取胆囊胆汁,测定胆汁中成分的含量。结果:模型组的成石率为100%,胆乐化瘀片预防组的成石率显著降低,其高剂量预防组成石率降至0%。模型组动物肝脏发生明显气球样变,其发生率为80%;而预防组动物发生率仅为40%(低剂量)和20%(高剂量)。治疗组成石率较模型组有很大程度降低(低剂量为20%、高剂量为10%)。结论:胆乐化瘀片可防治食饵性胆红素结石的产生,其机制可能与通过保护肝脏,免受致石食物的损害,调节胆汁酸的代谢有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the mechanism of Danle Huayu Tablet (DHT) on preventing and treating dietary bilirubin calcium gall- stone.Methods:Gallstone was induced in guinea pigs by changing the dietary components.After the guinea pigs of the successful mode were fed with forage mixed with medicine for continuous 8 weeks,the pathological changes of the liver during the prevention and treatment were observed.All the gallstones were collected from gallbladder,cystic bile was absorbed to determine the contents of it... |
