芪苈强心胶囊治疗心房颤动合并心力衰竭疗效观察

目的探讨在常规治疗基础上给予芪苈强心胶囊治疗房颤（AF）合并心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选择2008年9月-2012年1月确诊为心力衰竭患者136例,随机分为观察组和对照组各68例,对照组给抗·心力衰竭常规治疗及控制基础疾病,观察组在对照组的基础上给予芪苈强心胶囊4粒,每日3次,共4周。治疗后观察两组的临床效果。结果两组治疗后6min步行实验均有显著改善,但治疗组改善更明显（P〈0．05）。治疗组和对照组治疗四周时有效率分别为88．2％和58．8％,两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗前后治疗组患者超声心动图学指标：每搏输出量（SV）、心输出量（C0）、心脏指数（CI）、左室射血分数（EF）较治疗前均有提高,左房内径（LAD）较前有所减小,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。治疗后治疗组血清NT—proBNP较之治疗前和对照组均有减少,差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。治疗组AF转复率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论对房颤合并心力衰竭患者在常规治疗基础上给予芪苈强心胶囊治疗,能明显提高临床疗效。

Effects of Qili Qiangxin Capsule on Cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure and atrial fibrillation

Objective To observe the effect of Qili Qiangxin capsule on cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure and atrial fibrillation. Methods 136 cases of patients with chronic heart failure and atrial fibrillation were randomly divided into two groups. 68 cases in control group were treated by routine therapy and 68 cases in treatment group were treated by combination of Qili Qiangxin capsule and routine therapy. On the basis of the control group, the observation group was given Qili Qiangxin capsule 4 grain, 3 times a day, a total of 4 weeks. Observing the clinical effect of two groups after the treatment. Results No statistically significant difference between two groups on the baseline was detected. The two groups were both significantly improved after the treatment of 6 min walking experiment ,but the treat- ment group is more obvious improvement （P〈0.05）. There was obvious statistically significant difference between two groups on the total effective rate （88.2 % ： 58.8%/6） ,P〈0.05. Before and after treatment, the eehoeardiography index： SV,CO,CL and the EF were more than before treatment. LAD has been redueed before and after,there was a significant difference in the two groups The level of BNP after treatment was efficiently decreased in comparison with that before treatment in two groups. The conversion rate of atrial fibrillation in treatment group was significantly higher than control group and there was statistically significance in the two groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Qili Qiangxin capsule can relieve symptoms, improve cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure and atrial fibrillation.
