中西医结合治疗慢性骨盆疼痛综合征疗效观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗慢性骨盆疼痛综合征的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例,用祛风除湿活血通络中药汤剂（独活10g,防风10g,白芷10g,秦艽10g,皂角刺12g,桃仁10g,红花6g,地鳖虫10g,延胡索10g,甘草6g）同时联合多沙唑嗪控释片治疗。对照组30例多沙唑嗪控释片治疗。30天为1疗程。用慢性前列腺炎症状积分指数（NIH-CPSI）评分进行疗效比较。结果：治疗组总有效率为90%。对照组总有效率为70%。两组的总有效率比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗慢性骨盆疼痛综合征疗效明显。

Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome

Objective ： To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Chinese Traditional Medicine and modern medication on chronic pelvic pain syndromes. Methods： sixty cases were divided into two groups at random. Therapeutic group were treated with Chinese medicinal formulae which promote blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction （doubleteeth pubescent 10g, saposhnikoviae 10g,Angelica dahuriea 10g,gentian macrophylla 10g,spine gleditsia 12g,persicae 10g,earthami 6g, Eupolyphaga seu steleophaga 10g, chrysalis 10g, licorice 6g ） with Doxazosin. Control group were given Doxazosin. Course of treatment was thirty days. To evaluate therapeutic effects with NIH-CPSI. Results： The total effective rate of therapeutic group is 90%,while control group is 70%. There are significant different between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclosion： Therapeutic effects of Chinese Traditional Medicine and modern medication on chronic pelvic pain syndromes are predominant.
