健脾清肠法治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎临床观察

目的：观察健脾清肠法治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床疗效。方法：将56例患儿随机分为2组，治疗组口服中药汤剂，对照组口服思密达，两组均可根据病情给予补液、降温、调整饮食等对症处理。结果：治疗组和对照组治愈率分别为86．7％、61．5％，2组比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。主要症状腹泻的改善情况，治疗组与对照组比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05），且72h内的大便恢复率两组比较，差异有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）。大便人轮状病毒（HRV）抗原检测转阴率，治疗组与对照组比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：健脾清肠法治疗婴幼儿轮状病喜肠类疗效显薯。

Clinical Investigation of Treating Infant Rotavirus Enteritis Using Invigorating Spleen and Cleaning Intestine Method

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of treating infant rotavirus enteritis using invigorating spleen and cleaning intestine method. Methods： 56 infant patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group patients take medicinal broth of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） by mouth, control group take Smecta by mouth. All the patients could he given fluid infusion, cooling, adjusting diet, etc, according to the patients＇ condition. Results： The cure rates of treating group and control group were 86.7% and 61.5%, respectively, and the difference was significant. The patients in treating group showed a preferable improvement on the cardinal symptoms, such as the improvement of diarrhea, stool recovery rate and the negative rate of stool HRV antigen, than patients in control group, and the differences were significant. Conclusion： It is effective to treat infant rotavirus enteritis using invigorating spleen and cleaning intestine method.
