关于体温不高发热机制的中西医探讨

＂发热待查＂是大多数患者就诊时常见的临床诊断,对其机制的研究是有极大的临床意义的。现在西医多用体温调定点学说来解释发热的机制,但用该学说来解释中医学里的＂五心烦热＂、＂潮热＂、＂骨蒸发热＂等低热现象时就显得捉襟见肘,而将体温不高的发热归属于功能性疾病,鉴于西医对功能性疾病的发病机制不甚清楚,故着重用中医对体温不高的发热机制进行了探讨,扩充了有关发热机制的理论知识。

The Fever is no High Temperature on the Heating Mechanism to Explore Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory and Western Medicine Theory

＂Fever of undetermined origin （FUO）＂ is a common clinical diagnosis when patients seek medical treatment. The study of its mechanism is of great clinical significance. Many medical practitioners now use the body temperature set point theory to explain the mechanism of fever, but when we use it to explain the low heat situation of TCM such a＂sfidgets with hot feelings in the five centers＂＂,tidal fever ＂＂,bone steaming ＂ ,there will have too many problems to deal with. This article considers the fever which is not high temperature should be assigned to functional diseases. Western view of the pathogenesis of functional diseases is not clear. Therefore, this article focuses on using of traditional Chinese medicine theory to explore mechanisms of the fever with no high temperature to expand the theoretical knowledge of the mechanism of fever.
