高原缺氧对人体损伤机制及防治研究进展

摘    要:海拔3000米以上被称为高原地区,此种特殊环境,除对人体各器官系统的功能、代谢等产生广泛影响外,还会引起一组以缺氧为突出表现的特殊类型疾病——高原病(Higha ltitude sickness)。近年来高原旅游业日益兴旺,高原运动项目的开展,急进高原发生高原病和致命性高原肺水肿的情况屡见不鲜,如果救治不及时死亡率很高。本文就高原缺氧对人体损伤机制及防治研究进展做一述评。

Abstract:A place where the altitude is above 3000 meters is called plateau region. In China, plateau region which above 3000 meters covers 1/6 of the whole land area, especially the Tibetan plateau, known as "Roof of the World". In this environment, in addition to the wide influence of the function and metabolism of human organ systems, hypoxia can cause a group of symptoms which appear as High altitude sickness. China has the biggest and highest plateau area with most residential population in the world. More importantly, in recent years, with the increasingly rising of plateau tourism and the development of the plateau sports, acute and fatal disease such as high altitude pulmonary edema is often seen. If the patient is not prompt treats and cures, the mortality rate is very high. But the body response to hypoxia envi- ronment is different in different individual and race.
