183例肺炎患儿心肌酶谱的临床分析

摘    要:目的:探讨小儿肺炎时心肌酶谱的变化,以指导临床。方法:对183例肺炎惠儿进行心肌酶谱检测,分析肺炎患儿是否伴有心肌损害。结果:肺炎患儿多数伴有心肌损害,且年龄越小,心肌损害越明显。

Abstract:Pneumonia is a very a common illness in child's period, and a main killer in this period; it always causes many organs damage. Cardiac muscle zymogram is a key index for testing cardiac muscle damage. In acute period, AST, CK, LDH and HBDH will all rise, however, it is not cased by heart factors. At the same time, CK-MB is a cardiac muscle special-featured glycerol isoenzyme, it has special function in testing cardiac muscle damage. In the paper, the concerned factors for 183 children pneumonia patients are analyzed and investigated. At the same time, with the analyzed factors, analyze and research the cardiac muscle zymogram's change, especial CK-MB, it gets result that: due to different degree of oxygen deficit and toxemia, the cardiac muscle damage are always happened. Moreover, the younger the patients, the more obvious for cardiac muscle damage.
