中药治疗宫颈糜烂62例疗效观察

目的：观察中药内服外用结合治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法：选取62例宫颈糜烂患者,应用消糜散阴道上药,并按分型配合口服止带散或清带散,观察疗效。结果：1个疗程总有效率98.4%,有效患者第2疗程后全部治愈,半年内复发0例,1年内复发1例,所有患者未出现不适或不良反应。结论：中药内服外用结合治疗宫颈糜烂疗效显著、复发率低、无明显不良反应,是一种理想的治疗手段。

Treatment of Cervical Erosion by Traditional Chinese Medicine in 62 Cases

Objective ： To observe the efficacy of treating cervical erosion by internal and external traditional Chinese medicine. Methods： Selected 62 patients with cervical erosion, used erosion-removal suppository in vagina and combined with oral ＂Zhi Dai San＂ or ＂Qing Dai San＂ with types, then observed the efficacy. Results： The total effective rate of the first course of treatment was 98.4%. The effective patients had been cured after the second course of treatment, 0 cases of recurrence in six months, and only one case of recurrence in one year. All patients didn＇t appear discomfortable and adverse reactions. Conclusion： The efficacy of treating cervical erosion by internal and external medicine was significant; the recurrence rate is low and no significant discomfortable and adverse reactions. It is an ideal therapeutic means.
