| 摘 要： | 目的：对石虎[Evodiarutaecarpaouss．）Benth．var．officinalis（Dode）Huang]化学成分进行分离和结构表征。方法：采用溶剂法、硅胶柱层析和重结晶等方法进行分离纯化，根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果：从石虎中分离得到4个化合物，分别为：吴茱萸碱，吴茱萸次碱，去氢吴茱萸碱，羟基吴茱萸碱。

| Abstract: | Objective： To separate and identify the chemical components from Evodia rutaecarpavar officinal is. Methods： To separate and purify the chemical components by means of solvent method,silica column chromatography and recrystallization. Results：4 compounds were separated from Evodia. rutaecarpavar officinalis： evodiamine, rutaecarpine,dehydroevodiamine and hydroxyevodiamine. |
