曲安奈德曲池穴注射疗法对大鼠变应性鼻炎组胺的影响

目的：观察曲安奈德曲池穴注射疗法对大鼠变应性鼻炎组胺的影响。方法：将50只Wistar大鼠随机分为5组,每组10只。正常对照组不予致敏和激发,其余4组大鼠经卵清蛋白溶液致敏和激发后,穴位组曲池穴注射35μL曲安奈德;肌注组以等剂量曲安奈德臀部肌肉注射;生理盐水组曲池穴注射35μL生理盐水。每组注射1次,观察7天。每次滴鼻后30min内记录大鼠喷嚏、抓鼻和流涕情况。取下鼻甲黏膜酶联免疫法测定组胺含量。结果：治疗后穴位组大鼠行为学变化逐渐接近正常对照组水平（P〉0.05）,肌注组和生理盐水组则无明显改变,与模型对照组比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）;穴位组组胺值明显低于模型对照组、肌注组和生理盐水组（P〈0.05）,模型对照组与肌注组、生理盐水组组胺值相近（P〉0.05）。结论：曲安奈德曲池穴注射疗法能显著降低变应性鼻炎大鼠鼻黏膜组织中的组胺含量,并有效控制变应性鼻炎症状。

Effect of Injection of Triamcinolone Acetonide into Quchi Acupoint on Histamine in Nasal Mucosa of Rats with Allergic Rhinitis

Objective ：To assess the effect of injection of triamcinolone acetonide into Quchi acupoint on histamine in nasal mucosa of rats with allergic rhinitis. Methods： Wistar rats were sensitized by intraperitoneal injection of ovalbumin, locally inhalation of ovalbumin and intranasal instillation of ovalbumin. They were randomized to receive injection of 35μL of triamcinolone acetonide or physiological saline solution into Quchi acupoint, or intramuscular injection of 35μL of triamcinolone acetonide （n=10,respectively）. Nasal symptom severity in rats with allergic rhinitis was assessed by the number of incidents of sneezing, nasal rubbing and the extent of rhinorrhea. Contents of histamine in nasal mucosa was determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）. Results： The acupoint group had significantly greater improvement during observation in the sneezing, nasal rubbing and watery rhinorrhea （P〉0.05vs the model group）. The intramuscular group and the saline group were similar with the model group（P〉0.05 and P〉0.05, respectively） in the nasal symptoms. There was significant difference between the acupoint group and the model group on contents of histamine of nasal mucosa（P〈0.05）. The contents of histamine of the intramuscular group, the saline group and the model group were similar （P〉0.05 and P〉0.05, respectively）. Conclusion： The strategy for treating allergic rhinitis decreased significantly concentration of histamine in nasal mucosa of rats with allergic rhinitis and alleviated the symptom of allergic rhinitis.
