摘    要:目的:探讨终末期肾衰维持血液透析患者动脉粥样硬化与血清HGF的相关性。方法:取本院终末期肾衰患者(观察组)50例和对照组(30例),测定总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和血清肝细胞生长因子(HGF)和脂蛋白(LP),用高分辨二维颈动脉超声技术检测颈动脉内一中膜厚度、粥样动脉硬化斑块。结果:维持性血液透析患者血清肝细胞生长因子水平较对照组明显升高(P〈0.05);血清肝细胞生长因子水平与动脉粥样硬化病变程度呈正相关(P〈0.05)。结论:血清中的HGF可以作为动脉粥样硬化的预警指标,为临床诊断和治疗提供可靠的理论依据。

Abstract:Objective: Discuss end-stage renal failure patients with hemodialysis atherosclerosis and serum HGF relevance. Methods: Court to take 50 patients with end-stage renal failure patients (observation group) and the control group (30 cases), determination of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and highdensity lipoprotein (HDL) and serum hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) and lipoprotein (LP), using highresolution two-dimensional carotid artery ultrasound to detect carotid artery - the intima-media thickness, atherosclerotic plaque arteriosclerosis. Results: Maintenance hemodialysispatients with serum levels of hepatocyte growth factor was significantly higher than the control group (P〈0.05); Serum hepatocyte growth factor levels and atherosclerotic lesions was positively correlated (P〈0.05). Conclusion: SerumHGF atherosclerosis can be used as an early warning indicator for clinical diagnosis and treatment provide a reliable theoretical basis.
