白粉藤的显微鉴别研究

摘    要:目的:研究白粉藤的植物形态和显微结构特征,为鉴定、开发利用和制定其质量标准提供参考依据。方法:采用植物形态和显微鉴别方法。结果:根具初生射线;茎皮层簇晶断续排列成环,厚角组织将皮层分隔成两部分,木质部导管多单个纵向排列;叶主脉维管束数个排列成环;粉末中可见大量黏液细胞,草酸钙晶体。结论:以上特征具有鉴别意义,可做为鉴别白粉藤的参考依据。

Abstract:Objective : Macroscopic Identification characteristics research on cissus discolors. To provide a reference for identification, utilization and quality standard of cissus discolor. Methods : Use morphological identification and microscopic identification. Results:The root has primary ray; The cluster crystals of stem cortices arranged in intermittent central ; Collenchyma divide cortex into two parts, xylem conduits almost arranged in single longitinal ; Vascular bundles of main vein arranged in central; The powder has a mount of mucous cells and calcium oxalate crystal. Conclusion : The upper characteristics have macroscopic identification significance, and it can be as a reference for the identification of cissus discolors.
