| 摘 要： | 慢性阻塞性肺病是肺系常见慢性病,病情容易反复,中医认为瘀血内阻是贯穿COPD病程的始终,现代医学也认为COPD患者不论肺局部还是全身均存在着高黏、高聚、高凝,血小板活性增高及微血栓形成,在辨证论治的基础上运用活血化瘀法取得了良好的临床效果。

| Abstract: | Chronic obstructive lung disease is frequent chronic disease, which change very quick .Chinese medicine show ：stagnant blood exist in course of chronic obstructive lung disease all the time. modern medicine also deem ：hyperviscous high-aggregation easy-blood coagulation activity of blood disc and microthrombus has been formed not only in part but also in all over the body,Good clinical effects has been gained making use of method of invigorating the blood and removing blood stasis on basis of determination of treatment based on differentiation of syndromes. |
