中医综合减肥法对肥胖症大鼠饮食体脂重量及体脂系数的影响

目的：探讨中医综合疗法的减肥降脂功效。方法：将80只sd大鼠随机分成正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组、针灸治疗组、埋线治疗组、中药治疗组、综合治疗组,每组10只。采用营养肥胖造模方法复制肥胖模型大鼠,干预治疗前、后检测各组大鼠摄食量、体重及总脂肪重量及体脂系数。结果：干预治疗前,模型组摄食量、体重、总体脂肪重量与其他各治疗组比较,无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,干预治疗后,综合疗法摄食量、体重、总体脂肪重量均数小于其他各治疗组,与模型组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：中医综合治疗对分胖大鼠具有较好的减肥降脂作用。

The Effect of Combined Treatment in Chinese Medicine on Food Consumption Weight Body Fat Weight in Obese Rats

Objective ：To explore the effect of combined treatment in Chinese medicine. Methods ： 80 rats were randomLy divided into normal control group,model control group,positive control group, acupuncture group,acupoint catgut-embedding group,each group were 10 rats. Adopt the model of nutritional obesity,before and after the treatment,test the food consumption weight and body fat weight. Results ：Before the treatment,there were no difference of the food consumption weight and body fat weight in model group and other treating group（P〉0.05）. After the treatment,the food consumption weight and body fat weight in model were less than other treated group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion ：The combined treatment in Chinese medicine has a good effect on losting weight and reducing body fat in adiposity rats.
