骨质增生祛痛膏镇痛抗炎作用的研究

摘    要:目的:研究骨质增生祛痛膏的镇痛、抗炎作用。方法:采用化学刺激法观察骨质增生祛痛膏的镇痛作用;采用巴豆油引起小鼠耳廓炎症模型、醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高模型、琼脂所致大鼠肉芽肿模型,观察该药的抗炎作用。结果:骨质增生祛痛膏对化学刺激引起的疼痛反应有明显镇痛作用;对巴豆油所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀、醋酸引起的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高及琼脂所致的大鼠肉芽肿形成均具有明显的抑制作用。结论:骨质增生祛痛膏具有明显的镇痛、抗炎作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the analgesia and anti-inflammatory effects of Guzhizengshengqutong ointment. Methods: To investigate the analgesic effect of Guzhizengshengqutong ointment, we observed mice's reaction to the pain simulated by chemical stimulus; To observe the anti-inflammatory effect of Guzhizengshengqutong ointment, we adopted the mouse ear inflammation model induced by croton oil, the mouse peritoneal capillary permeability increase model induced by HAC and the granuloma model of rat induced by agar. Results: Cuzhizengshengqutong ointment could relieve the pain simulated by chemical stimulus.Guzhizengshengqutong ointment suppressed the swelling of mouse ear induced by croton oil, the granulation induced by agar and the increase of peritoneal capillary permeability induced by HAC in mice. Conclusions: Guzhizengshengqutong ointment has strong analgesia and anti-inflammation effects.
