《护理学基础》实践教学中加强护患沟通能力培养的思考

随着医学与护理模式的转变,《护理学基础》实践教学不仅要注重护生护理专业知识和临床实践技能教育,同时还应注重护生护患沟通能力的培养和加强,提高护生综合素质,以满足21世纪的＂生物-社会-心理-技术（工程）＂医学模式对护理专业人才的需要。就在《护理学基础》实践教学中对护生加强护患沟通能力培养的意义、存在的问题及培养护患沟通能力的方法进行了分析和探讨。

Thinking about Enhancing Nurse-patient Communication Skills Training in Practice Teaching of Fundamentals of Nursing

With the transformation of the pattern of medicine and nurse science, Fundamentals of Nursing practice teaching should not only focus on professional knowledge and clinical nursing practice skills education, but should also pay attention to the nurse-patient communication skills training and strengthen and improve the overall quality of nursing students, meet the 21st Century ＂biological - societypsychological - Technical （Engineering）＂ medical model of care professionals needs. In this paper, the significance of enhancing nurse-patient communication skills training in practice teaching of Fundamentals of Nursing, the existing problems and developing the ability of nurse-patient communication method have been analyzed and discussed.
