红景天对小鼠脾Fas配体及穿孔素蛋白表达的影响

摘    要:目的:实验拟研究红景天对小鼠脾Fas配体及穿孔素蛋白表达的影响,为进一步探讨红景天的免疫药理机制,为研制开发免疫新药提供理论依据。方法:本研究以红景天为试验药物,以小鼠为试验动物,通过灌胃法连续给药,采用RT-PCR技术,观察了红景天对小鼠脾组织免疫分子Fas配体及穿孔素等水平的影响。结果:实验结果显示试验组小鼠脾脏免疫分子Fas配体及穿孔素为阳性表达,实验组与对照组比较差异显著(P〈0.01),提示红景天能使淋巴细胞活性增强。结论:红景天能够有效的促进小鼠的免疫功能,增强小鼠脾组织免疫分子Fas配体及穿孔素的表达水平,此研究结果为中药免疫机理的研究提供了新的材料。

Abstract:Objective : The purpose of the test is to find the effects of Traditional Medicine Rhocliola on immune level in mice and probe into the effects of Rhodiola on immune mechanism system so as to offer scientific basis for clinic application of Traditional Medicine Rhodiola. Methods: This experiment uses Rhodiola as the experimental medicine, and mice as the experimental animals. It chooses pure Balb/c mice and Traditional Medicine Rhodiola of different doses were fed to mice continuously in force. After several days, the samples in each group were collected for testing. It demonstrated through the index of protein expression that the effect of Traditional Medicine Rhodiola on the mice. Results: The results showed as follows: experimental group could significantly increase the expression of Fasl and Perforin in mice splenetic compared to the contrast group (P〈0.01); it showed that Rhodiola could significantly increase cellular immune function of mice; it also showed that Rhodiola could promote the nonspecific immune function of mice; These were enhanced significantly when the immunology function of mice was inhibited by Cy (P〈0.01); it showed that the Rhodiola enhanced the killing activity of the lymphocytes obviously-exhibiting as the expression of the two (Fasl and perforin) index increasing obviously. Conclusions: These experiments indicated that Traditional Medicine Rhodiola was able to activate immune function of mice and enhance Fasl and perforin to express in mice spleen.These tests will provide sufficient scientific basis for chnic application of Traditional Medicine Rhodiola.
