| 摘 要： | 目的：观察祛痫汤治疗原发性癫痫的有效性和安全性。方法：60例患者随机分为两组即治疗组和对照组。治疗组30例用祛痫汤合卡马西平、鲁米那、苯妥因钠治疗。对照组30例用卡马西平、鲁米那、苯妥因钠治疗。结果：治疗组有效率90%好于对照组的70%,两组比较差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论：祛痫汤治疗癫痫有较好的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To observe the effectiveness and safety of treatment Epilepsy by QuXian Soup. Methods： Totally 60 patients were randomized in to two groups.30 patients in the group were treated by QuXian Soup and Phenobarbital Phenytoin sodium Carbamazepine. 30 patients were in the control by Phenobarbital Phenytoin Sodium Carbamazepine. Result： The total effective rate in the treated group was 90%, better than in the control group（80%）.Showing Significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： QuXian Soup is Obviously Effective in treatment Epilepsy. |
