防风通圣散治疗肥胖症的研究现状

国内外学者就防风通圣散治疗肥胖症进行了较为深入的研究，取得了不少成果。查阅近30年的相关文献报道，分别从动物试验和临床研究两个方面就其现状予以综述。通过整理分析文献发现：（1）相关文献数量较少；（2）动物实验文献更少，且多数由国外学者完成；（3）早期临床试验不尽规范；（4）防风通圣散是中医临床治疗肥胖症的常用方剂，其疗效确切，安全性高，值得深入研究。

Fang Feng Tong Sheng San Status of Treatment of Obesity

Domestic and foreign scholars did many thorough research works on using Fang Feng Tong Sheng San to treat obesity, and they made a lot of useful results. Consulting relevant literature reports of nearly 30 years, author reviewed and summarized its present situation from the literature reports basing on two aspects-animal experiment and clinical research. After reading and analyzing the documents, author found that：（1）there are a small number of the relevant documents; （2）the reports on animal experiment are more scale, and most of them are completed by overseas scholars;（3）the early clinical trials are not standardized;（4） Fang Feng Tong Sheng Shan is commonly used to treat obesity in Traditional Chinese Medicine; and it has precise effect and high security, so it is wroth being studied more deeply.
