中药治疗非酒精性脂肪肝临床观察

目的：观察中药清脂汤对非酒精性脂肪肝（NASH）的临床疗效。方法：选择NASH患者70例,随机分为治疗组35例,对照组35例。治疗组口服中药清脂汤煎剂,对照组服用甘利欣胶囊,观察两组治疗后的总有效率、肝功能及血脂、B超影像方面的变化。结果：治疗后治疗组总有效率88.6%,对照组为68.6%,在ALT、AST下降方面两组无明显差异（P〉0.05）,治疗组在改善症状、血脂、B超影像方面与对照组比较有显著差异（均P〈0.05及〈0.01）。结论：中药清脂汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝有确切疗效,能改善患者肝功能,改善脂质代谢,改善B超影像,降低血脂,明显强于对照组。

A Clinical Research on Therapeutical Effect of Qingzhitang Decoction on patients with Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis

Objective： To evaluate the clinical therapeutically effects of the Qingzhitang Decoction on Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis （ NASH ）. Methods： 70 cases with NASH were divided into two groups randomly, the treatment group （35cases） were treated with Qingzhitang Decoction, the control group （35 cases） were treated with Diammonium Glycyrrhizin ate capsules. After treatment, the total efficiency rate, the markers of liver function and the levels of blood lipid and B X-ray were detected. Results： The total efficiency rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. ALT, AST and GGT were significantly lowered than those of the control group. Meanwhile, the level of TCh, TG and LDL-C were lowered markedly after treatment （P〈0.05 or 0.01）. There was significant differences on TCh and TG and B X-ray between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The curative effect of Qingzhitang Decoction was markedly effective on NASH. It can regulate liver functions and decrease blood lipid obviously.
