多层螺旋CT与冠脉造影诊断冠心病的对比分析

目的探讨多层螺旋CT对冠心病（CAD）的诊断价值。方法对疑有冠心病且同时采用64排螺旋CT进行冠脉血管成像检查（冠脉CTA）、冠脉造影检查的66例患者检查资料进行分析，两项检查均在2个月内进行。比较两种诊断方法的敏感性、特异性。结果66例患者3支主要冠脉包括前降支、回旋支及右冠状动脉共198支中检查良好。冠脉CT结果显示病变（＋）者共73支，显示无病变（-）者125支；冠脉造影像显示病变（＋）者69支，显示无病变（-）者129支。冠脉CTA与冠脉造影结果均为阳性（＋）者49支，均为阴性（～）者96支。66例可疑为冠心病者冠脉CT诊断敏感性为82．93％，特异度为88．OO％。结论冠脉CTA是有效筛选、诊断CAD的非侵入性检查手段。

The contrast analysis of multislice spiral computed tomography and coronary artery angiography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of multislice spiral computed tomography （MSCT） and coronary artery angiography （CAG） for coronary disease （CAD）. Methods Multislice spiral computed tomography （MSCT） and coronary artery angiography （CAG） were performed in 66 patients suspected with CAD. Results There were 73 cases scanned by CT with positive results, 125 cases with negative results. There were 69 cases checked by CAG with positive results, 129 cases with positive results. Both with positive results were 49 cases, and 96 cases with negative results. The sensitivity and specificity of CTA were 82.93 % ,88.00%. Conclusion The non-invasive CTA provide effective diagnostic information on diagnosing CAD.
