益肝调脂饮治疗非酒精陛脂肪肝临床观察

目t的：观察中药益肝调脂饮治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效及安全性。方法：将75例非酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分成中药组（n=39）、对照组（n=36）两组，中药组口服汤剂益肝调脂饮，对照组口服强肝胶囊，分别观察两组治疗后总有效率、中医临床症状和生化指标变化等。结果：中药组与对照组在总有效率差异无显著性（P〉0．05）；中药组在中医临床症状、血脂指标中的LDL-C、ALT及不良反应等差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：中药益肝调脂饮能有效改善非酒精性脂肪肝患者的中医临床症状及生化指标，并且安全可靠。

Clinical Observation of Yigan Tiaozhi Decoction in Treating Alcohol-irrelevant Fatty Liver

Objective： To observe the effect of ＂Yigan Tiaozhi Decoction＂ on the treatment of alcoholirrelevant fatty liver and its safety. Methods： Seventy-five subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 39 cases were treated with ＂Yigan Tiaozhi Decoction＂ and control group in which 36 cases were treated with ＂Qianggan Capsule＂ ; The overall curative effect , the clinical symptoms and the changes of biochemical index were observed after the treatment. Result： After the treatment, the overall curative effect was no distinctive difference between them （P〉0.05 ） .There were great differences （P〈0.05） between these two groups in improving clinical symptoms, LDL-C and ALT. Conclusions： This Decoction is quite effective to improve alcohol-irrelevant fatty liver patients＇ clinical symptoms and the level of biochemical index dropped remarkably; it is also safe.
