血清尿酸与冠脉病变程度的相关性探讨

摘    要:目的探讨冠心病患者血清尿酸与冠状动脉病变程度的关系。方法采用酶比法检测36例急性心肌梗死(AMI组)、4z例不稳定型心绞痛(UA组)、45例稳定型心绞痛(SA组)患者以及27例健康对照组的血清尿酸水平,并进行对比研究。根据Braunwald分级标准,将UA组按危险程度高低分为I、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级,比较各级之间血尿酸水平。结果①血清尿酸水平AMI组显著高于UA、SA组和健康对照组(P〈0.01),UA组显著高于SA组和健康对照组(P〈0.05),SA组显著高于健康对照组(P〈O.05)。②UA组中,随Braunwald分级增加,血尿酸水平呈上升趋势,I、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈O.05)。结论冠心病患者冠状动脉病变程度与血清尿酸水平明显相关,高尿酸血症是冠心病的危险因素之一。

Investigation of the relationship between serum uric acid and severity of coronary artery

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between serum uric acid and the severity of coronary artery in patients with coronary artery disease. Methods The serum uric acid level was detected in patients with acute myocardial infarction (group AMI,36 cases), unstable angina pectoris (group UA,42 cases), stable angina pectoris(group SA,45 ea- ses) and health control (27 cases) by enzyme analogy method and contrasted with each group. According to Braunwald rating system, group UA was categorized into level I , [[ and IU on the basis of the hazard degree. The serum uric acid level of each level was compared with each other. Results The serum uric acid level of group AMI was remarkably higher than the level of group UA, SA and healthy control (P〈0.01). The serum uric acid level of group UA was remarkably higher than the level of group SA and healthy control (P〈0.05). The serum uric acid level of group SA was remarkably higher than the level of healthy control (P〈0.05). In group UA the serum uric acid level increases gradually accompanied with the increasing hazard degree of Braunwald rating system. The variance was statistically significant by comparison with each two grade (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The severity of coronary artery in patients with coronary artery disease is apparently relevant with the serum uric acid level. It also supports that hyperuricemia is one of the risk factors of coronary disease.
