阴茎延长术后并发症的分析与防治

目的 探讨阴茎延长术后并发症的原因及防治方法，提高阴茎延长术的成功率及安全性。方法 回顾500例阴茎延长术，分析并发症出现的原因及阐述防治措施。结果 500例中并发症分别为：术后阴茎包皮水肿20例，皮瓣尖端坏死15例，血肿12例，伤口延迟愈合10例，感染9例，术后蹼状阴茎畸形8例。并发症总数为74例，发生率为14．8％。结论正确的手术方法。严格的无菌操作及术后护理，可以有效地防止或减少并发症的发生；一旦出现并发症，应及时正确地处理，多数仍可获得满意的效果。

Prevention and treatment of postoperative complications of the penile elongation

Objective To investigate the causes of the postoperative complications of the penile elongation and the means of preventive treatment for raising the success rate of the penile elongation.Methods After reviewing 500 cases who had received the penile elongation,we analyzed the causes of the postoperative complications and elaborated the means of prevention and treatment.Results Of 500 cases,64 patients had the postoperative complications,including 20 cases of edema of prepuce,15 cases of flap necrosis,12 hematoma,10 cases of delayed healing of wound,9 infection,and 8 cases of webbed penis.Conclusions Correct method of operation,strict aseptic manipulation and necessary postoperative nursing and manage can avoid or reduce the postoperative complications.When complications happened,a satisfactory result can be achieved with timely and correct treatment on most of patients.
