| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中药薰蒸治疗脑卒中后肩痛的效果及护理措施。方法将102例脑卒中后肩痛患者分为观察组54例和对照组48例,治疗组在电脑中频加神经肌肉本体促通技术(PNF)治疗的基础上,加用中药薰蒸并采取相应护理措施;对照组用电脑中频加PNF技术治疗及常规护理。观察两组肩部疼痛、压痛、肌肉紧张度和关节活动度的情况,综合评定肩关节功能改善情况。结果观察组总有效率90.74%,对照组总有效率为66.67%,两组治疗有效率比较差异有显著性。结论中药薰蒸综合治疗能缩短脑卒中后肩痛的病程,效果明显,易被患者接受。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of steaming therapy with Chinese herbal medicine in stroke patients with shoulder pain and their nursing intervention.Method One hundred and two stroke patients with shoulder pain were randomly divided into treatment group(n=54) and control group(n=48).Patients in control group were treated with medium frequency electrotherapy,proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation(PNF) and regular nursing care.Patients in treatment group were treated with Chinese herbal medicine steaming in addition to the treatnentas in cantrol group.Result The total effective rate in treatment group was(90.74%) that was significantly higher than that of control group.Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine steaming have obvious therapeutic effect on shoulder pain in stroke patients. |
