| 摘 要： | 为探讨电视胸腔镜手术（video-assisted thoracic surgery VATS)在自发性气胸治疗中的作用。于1998年4月至2000年3月，为48例自发性气胸患者进行了50次VATS，并和常规开胸手术进行了对比分析。结果显示：50次流量明显减少，手术时间，胸管引流时间和术后住院日明显缩短，术后并发症发生率，镇痛药物应用比率和输血率均降低，提示；电视胸腔镜手术是安全，有效的治疗自发性气胸的微创外科方法。

| Abstract: | Forty eight patients underwent 50 times of video assisted thoracic surgery (VATS) from April 1998 to March 2000. The results were compared with those of conventional thoracotomy. It was found that there were no perioperative mortality and recurrence at the same side after a mean follow up of 19 months in the VATS group. Compared with conventional thoracotomy, the operating time, duration of drainage and postoperative hospital stay were shortened significantly. The blood loss and drainage volume in VATS group was less than those by thoracotomy. It suggested that VATS is a safe and valid alternative to thoracotomy for the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax. |
