20例肝脏恶性肿瘤临床症状及实验室检查分析

目的：分析20例肝脏恶性肿瘤患者的临床症状及其实验室检查结果。方法：收集本院2009年8～12月20例肝脏恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料,调查分析患者的临床症状、体征、血常规、肝功能、心电图、B超、CT及病理类型。结果：20例患者年龄为35～77岁（中位年龄为55岁）;皆有纳差、偶有恶心、呕吐症状,并有乏力症状;其中10例体质消瘦,7例可以触及肿大的肝脏或硬质包块。血常规基本正常,6例肝功能异常,9例甲胎蛋白（AFP）显著升高,5例心电图异常,8例肝脏实质性占位,12例原发性肝细胞癌,单发9例,多发（或多中心）3例,最大病灶12.0cm×16.6cm,最小病灶5.0cm×7.2cm。结论：AFP、医学影像学和病理的联合检查分析可以实现对肝癌的正确诊断。

Clinical analysis on malignant liver tumor symptoms and lab examinations in 20 cases

Objective： To investigate malignant liver tumor symptoms and lab examinations in 20 cases. Methods： The data of 20 cases with malignant liver tumor were collected from August to December 2009.Their clinical symptoms,physical sign, abnormal blood,liver function, electrocardiogram, B-type ultrasonic inspection, CT and pathologic type were investi gated and analyzed. Results： Twenty patients of malignant liver tumor with anorexia,and sick,tired symptoms were from 35 to 77 years old（median age 55 years）.Among the twenty patients,the clinical significances of peripheral hemogram were ba sically normal. But 10 had physical emaciation, 7 with hard masses, 6 with abnormal liver function, 9 with high level of AFP, 5 with abnormal electrocardiogram, 12 with hepatocellular carcinoma, the most focus with 12.0 cm ×16.6 cm, the least focus with 5.0 cm×7.2 cm. Conclusion： Combination of AFP, medical imaging and pathologic inspections can be used for the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
