超声损伤卵巢癌细胞线粒体的体视学研究

摘    要:目的 :研究超声辐照后受损伤卵巢癌细胞线粒体体视学参数的变化。方法 :观察超声辐照后细胞超微结构的变化。测量并计算受损伤细胞和对照细胞线粒体的体密度、表面积密度、表面积体积比、平均体积、数密度和平均表面积。结果 :超声辐照后部分细胞形态学变化不明显 ,部分细胞线粒体肿胀、嵴断裂。与对照细胞相比 ,受损伤细胞线粒体平均体积增大 (P<0 .0 0 5 ) ,平均表面积增大 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,体密度、表面积密度增大 (P<0 .0 0 5 ,P<0 .0 0 5 ) ,表面积体积比减小 (P<0 .0 1) ,数密度无明显改变 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :超声辐照可损伤卵巢癌细胞线粒体 ,受损细胞线粒体肿胀其体积增大较表面积增大明显。

Abstract:Objective:To determine the stereological parameters of the mitochondria of ovarian carcinoma cells damaged by ultrasound.Methods:The ultrastructures of the tumor cells exposured to ultrasound were inspected,namely the volume density,average volume,surface density,average surface area,specific surface and numerical density of mitochondria of the cells damaged as well as the normal control were measured,calculated and compared.Results:Swollen mitochondria with fractured ridges appeared in some of the irradiated cells.The volume density,average volume,surface density,average surface area of the damaged cells were increased( P <0 05, P <0 005, P <0 005, P <0 05);the specific surface decreased( P <0 01)and the numerical density not significantly affected( P >0 05).Conclusion:Mitochondria of ovarian carcinoma cells were damaged by ultrasound;the enlargement of mitochondria volume was more than that of surface area.
