| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鼻窦炎合并哮喘患者鼻内镜手术围手术期的护理方法。方法将76例鼻窦炎合并哮喘患者随机分为对照组和干预组各38例,对照组采取手术前后常规护理,干预组采取有效的术前、术后哮喘的护理,并给予有效干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果干预组的护理效果优于对照组。结论对鼻窦炎合并哮喘患者在鼻内镜手术围手术期采取有效的哮喘方面的护理,可减少哮喘发作,提高治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the nursing of endoscopic sinus surgery （ESS） for chronic rhinosinusitis with asthma during the perioperative period. Methods 76 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis complicated with asthma were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group received conventional preoperative and postoperative care, and the intervention group were given effective preoperative and postoperative nursing of asthma. The nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results The nursing effect of intervention group was significantly better than that of control group. Conclusions Effective nursing of asthma during the perioperative period of endoscopic sinus surgery （ESS） for patients with chronic rhinosinusitis complicated with asthma can reduce attacks of asthma and improve the therapeutic effect. |
