摘    要:目的分析健康教育对毛细支气管炎婴幼儿肺功能的影响。方法收集我院2011年8月至2013年8月期间诊治的毛细支气管炎婴幼儿76例作为研究对象,采用随机分组的方式将患儿分为试验组与对照组,每组各38例。对照组采用常规护理和口头健康教育模式,试验组采用有组织、有计划的肺功能检测前健康教育,对两组患儿的临床效果进行分析对比。结果试验组婴幼儿家长对肺功能相关知识的掌握程度、患儿的遵医程度、护理满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);通过检测患儿的肺功能发现,试验组患儿达峰容积比(VPEF/VE)、每千克体重潮气量(VT/kg)、呼吸频率(RR)、达峰时间比(TPEF/TE)均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在毛细支气管炎婴幼儿治疗过程中加强健康教育能有效提高患儿家长对肺功能相关知识的了解程度,积极配合治疗,提高护理满意度,促进肺功能改善,值得在临床上推广。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of health education on the pulmonary function of infants with capillary bronchitis. Methods 76 cases of infants with capillary bronchitis in our hospital from August 2011 to August 2013 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing and oral health education, while the experimental group was given organized and planned health education before pulmonary function testing. The clinical effect of two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The relations' mastery degree of knowledge of pulmonary function, infants&#39; compliance degree and nursing satisfaction degree of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group (P 〈0.05). The detection of pulmonary function showed that the peak volume ratio (VPEF/VE), tidal volume per kilogram of body weight (VT/kg), respiratory rate (RR), time to peak ratio (TPEF/TE) of experimental group were significantly better than those of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusions For infants with capillary bronchitis, health education during therapy can effectively improve the relations' mastery degree of knowledge of pulmonary function, improve the treatment compliance, improve the nursing satisfaction degree, and promote the improvement of pulmonary function, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
