妈富隆联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效观察

目的探讨妈富隆联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的102例多囊卵巢综合征患者,随机均分为对照组(妈富隆治疗)和观察组(妈富隆联合二甲双胍治疗)各51例,比较两组治疗前后临床症状和血清检验指标的差异。结果治疗3个周期后,观察组月经稀少、面部痤疮、多毛等发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、黄体生成素/促性腺激素(LH/FSH)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)和空腹血糖(FG)均少于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妈富隆联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征疗效确切,可有效改善患者的临床症状和内分泌状况。

Curative Observation of the Combination of Marvelon and Metformin in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of marvelon combined with metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 102 cases of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group （treated with marvelon） and observation group （treated with marvelon combined with metformin）, with 51 cases in each group. The clinical symptoms and serum test indicators before and after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results After three cycles treatment, the rare menstruation, acne and hirsutism rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）, the luteinizing hormone （LH）, testosterone （T）, luteinizing hormone/gonadotropin （LH/FSH）, fasting insulin （FINS） and fasting blood-glucose （FG） of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The combination of marvelon and metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome has curative effect, which can effectively improve the patients＆#39; clinical symptoms and endocrine situation.
