综合护理干预对提高PICC带管患者维护依从性的探讨

目的分析综合护理干预对提高PICC带管患者维护依从性的影响。方法收集2013年2月到2014年2月我科收治的90例住院期间置入PICC导管的女性肠道恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料,按照不同的护理方法,将其分为对照组与干预组各45例。对照组患者实施PICC置管常规护理,干预组患者实施综合护理干预,分析比较两组患者的维护依从性。结果干预组依从性明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对PICC带管患者实施综合护理干预,有利于提高其带管维护的依从性,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广。

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Improving the Compliance of Tube Maintenance of Patients with PICC

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on improving the compliance of tube maintenance of patients with peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC）. Methods 90 female patients with intestinal malignant tumor with PICC in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 were selected and divided into two groups according to nursing methods, with 45 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing of PICC, while patients in the intervention group were given comprehensive nursing intervention. The compliances of tube maintenance of two groups were compared. Results The compliances of tube maintenance of intervention group were significantly higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications of intervention group was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions For patients with PICC, comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the compliance of tube maintenance, and reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
