经宫腔镜子宫黏膜下肌瘤等离子双极电切术的手术护理配合

目的探析子宫黏膜下肌瘤经宫腔镜等离子双极电切术(PKRM)治疗的护理配合。方法入选我院2012年11月至2013年11月经宫腔镜采用PKRM治疗的子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者90例,根据护理方法不同分为两组,各45例。对照组行基础护理,观察组在基础护理之上行综合护理配合,比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及并发症等。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间及术中出血量均显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组无一例并发症发生,显著低于对照组13.3%(6/45),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经宫腔镜子宫黏膜下肌瘤PKRM予以综合手术护理配合有助于缩短手术时间和住院时间,减少术中出血量和手术并发症。

Nursing Cooperation for Plasmakinetic Resection of Uterus Submucous Myoma Through Hysteroscope

Objective To explore the efficacy of nursing cooperation for PKRM treatment of uterus submucosal myoma through hysteroscope. Methods 90 patients with uterus submucosal myoma receiving PKRM treatment through hysteroscope in our hospital from Nov. 2012 to Nov. 2013 were selected and stratified according to whether they received basic care（control group, with 45 patients） or they received basic care plus comprehensive nursing intervention（observation group, with 45 patients）. The primary outcome was the comparison of the length of operation, the intraoperative blood loss, the length of hospitalization and the complications between these two groups.Results The length of operation, the intraoperative blood loss and the length of hospitalization in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P 0.05）. Besides, no case of complications occurred in the observation group, which was significantly lower than 13.3%（6/45） in the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing cooperation contributes to reduce the length of surgery and hospital stay, intraoperative blood loss and operative complications for the patients who receive PKRM treatment of uterus submucous myoma through hysteroscope.
